I had a fun practice today. The shala was really, really hot and sweaty, so I felt very flexible, which is a good thing.

Back bending is getting better, H explained about the vertebra in the lumbar spine, and his adjustments seemed to successfully initiate some bending further away from the sacrum.

I was practising next to my good friend, so we had a few jokes along the way. We then got the tube to work together; it was busy so a crowded carriage on the Hammersmith and City Line got to hear all about our progress in Supta K, getting hands to floor on Prasarita padatonasana C, and other exciting bits of yoga chat 😉 That tickled me a bit!
