I was lucky today to get a spot by the radiator, I thought I might be too hot, but it ended up being just right.

We did some more experimenting with BK today, H changed his assist a bit, and it didn’t hurt so much. Less outward rotation of the leg and raising the knee up a little. Today he thinks it might be tightness in the lower back trapping a nerve. Anyway, I am trying not to let it influence the rest of my practice. I was given Setu Bandhasana today, this seems to me to be another fruitless pose, along the lines of Garbha Pindasana on the pointless scale! Core strengthening or neck strengthening? I’m not sure really.
