Just got in from my day of yoga, work and singing. I’m shattered.

Baddha konasana really, really hurt today. It’s a mental battle my head says NO, NO, NO, piriformis screams at me, H squishes, I get my head on the floor, it stops hurting. He releases me, I come very, VERY, slowly back up again as the pain kicks back in, then take about a minute to move myself into my next half vinyasa. I don’t think the bum toning exercises I did on Saturday have helped me any. Wah.
