I really want to feel better. I slept very badly last night, my throat waking me too many times. When my alarm went off at 5.30 I really felt awful, got up, pottered around for a couple of minutes and decided yoga was not a good idea. I feel like a wuss, but have decided that I need to listen to my poor tired body and rest a bit. Hopefully I can sleep all weekend.

I have high hopes for Monday.
