I am feeling really quiet ungrounded today. The unusually long waits for both the bus and tube really stressed me out. Practice was very nice though, to try and release some of the stress I was really stretching through my vinyasas and generally trying to push into postures and release.

Great adjustment again from D – she just yanks me into Supta K; hauls my legs in, stuffs my shoulders under my legs so I can pretty much get the bind myself, then crosses the ankles – she did trap my hair between my feet though. H doesn’t usually bother to cross my ankles.

Now I am trying to calmly cope with work, rather than be distracted by the buzz of things going on around me. It’s not working though; I feel like going outside and bouncing around.
