I need to get up 15 minutes earlier if I want to do my practice and get into work by 9.30.

The shala was much quieter this morning and I sweat less if I get a spot close to the window.

I am getting bruises on my arms from gaba pindasana, I am sure of it!

Baddha Konasana is making by left buttock hurt – it’s ok going in, but hurts coming out again.

My backbends still suck in the morning.

Morning yoga leaves me really hungry all day.

Generally getting up, getting to the shala, and doing my practice were easier today, roll on routine.
